Yes. Staten Island is one of our main service areas, and we provide two-men stair assist and accessible transportation across all five NYC boroughs, including Brooklyn, Manhattan, Queens, and the Bronx.
An ambulette is a wheelchair-accessible vehicle that gets you to your destination. Stair assist adds a two-person crew to get you safely down the steps and to the vehicle, and back up again when you return. Many of our riders book both together.

No. Benny Express is private pay only, so we don't bill Medicaid, Medicare or insurance. You pay us directly for each ride.
Yes. For wheelchair rides and two-men stair assist, the limit is 300 lbs. For stretcher transport, the limit is 400 lbs. If you're not sure which option fits, call us before you book and we'll help you choose.
Yes. We take riders to and from dialysis centers across New York City. Tell us your center and your treatment schedule when you book.
